Terms and Conditions

(Effective 01 March 2026 – In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and POPIA 4 of 2013, South Africa)

1. General

By purchasing or renting from Fun Finity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Fun Finity reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Sales

All prices are in ZAR and subject to change.

Full payment is required before collection or delivery.

Products carry a 12-month warranty on electronic components only (excludes batteries, tyres, cosmetic damage, misuse, or normal wear).

Returns are allowed within 7 days if unused, in original packaging, and complete with accessories.

3. Rentals

Rental periods are confirmed at booking; late returns may incur additional charges.

A refundable security deposit may be required.

Vehicles must be used responsibly, under adult supervision, and not on public roads.

Renters are liable for any damage, loss, or theft.

4. Personal Information

We collect and process your information in accordance with POPIA to manage orders, rentals, payments, and communications. Information is never sold or shared without consent, except where legally required.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fun Finity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the remedies provided under South African law.
